For the seventh time, the OE-A (Organic and Printed Electronics Association) announced the recipients of its annual demonstrator competition. Four projects were awarded during LOPEC 2017, the exhibition and conference for printed electronics in Munich. Among the recipients were a platform sensor, a thin-film fully printed pad and an integrated X-Ray sensor system.
Our department presented the thin-film fully printed remote control pad in collaboration with Novacentrix and win two of the four prizes:
• Best Freestyle: Thin-Film Full Printed PAD by eurecat and NovaCentrix
• Public Choice Award: Thin-Film Full Printed PAD by eurecat and NovaCentrix
The Thin-Film Full Printed PAD has printed capacitor sensors, printed conductive Ag paths, printed insulator layers and 3D printed housing.
